FAQ on your privacy

What about the camera?

It has a physical shutter. Slide it closed and the lens is covered. You can see it’s covered.

Can I have a conversation Morph won’t remember?

Yes. Say so, and Morph switches to a no-memory mode: nothing from that conversation is saved, and Morph will never bring it up again.

Can you read my conversations?

No. Traffic between the device and the AI model is encrypted end-to-end, and we run a zero-log policy — as the intermediary we don’t see, store or log what’s said.

Do the AI providers know who I am?

No. Requests to model providers (Google Gemini, xAI) are anonymized — they don’t receive your name, location, account or any other personal data. They see a conversation, not a person.

Can other people in my house use it and see my stuff?

Only if you let them. You can protect Morph with a PIN, so nobody else can start a conversation, browse your private chats or mess with your progress in your practices.

Is it listening when I’m not talking to it?

No. In clock mode the microphone is off. Morph wakes up only when you swipe up from the notch in the base — nothing happens until you ask for it. No wake word, no always-on listening.

Can I be sure the microphone is off?

Yes — it’s a physical switch, not a setting. When it’s off, the microphone is electrically disconnected. No software, update or bug can turn it back on.

Do you record or keep my conversations?

No. We don’t store your voice or your conversations. Once a conversation ends, the audio and transcript are gone.

How does Morph remember things about me?

Memory lives on the device itself, not on our servers. It’s loaded at the start of a conversation and stays in your home. You can delete it all at any time with a single button and a PIN.

Sleep score, no phone.

Your Fitbit or Oura ring counts the night. Morph has the number on the glass when you open your eyes, so the first thing you read in the morning is not a lock screen.
